Merchandise may be returned up to 5 business days after receipt of merchandise. After
5 business days, returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise
that is found to be defective, will be repaired or replaced by our service personnel
or sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Merchandise cannot be returned after
10 business days. Printed music, reeds, harmonicas, and instrument cleaning supplies
are non-returnable.
